I received the feeder in two days from order which is an excellent response. However,I was disappointed in the quality of the top assembly. It took me two hours to remove the top flat portion of the lid and reassemble it so that the top would fit properly on to the the feeder. My daughter now has it and her 10 month old daughter enjoys watching the birds daily. In order to force the birds to feed on the 4 sides of the feeder that can be seen from the house, I installed 2 pieces of wood to prevent feed from discharging on the sides away from the house. I should add that the new skirt design around the bottom shelf of the feeder is a great improvement over the simple slats tacked the shelf like on my old feeder.
